Compassionate, individualized therapy rooted in authentic connection.
Supported by over a decade of experience, I aim to help you build a life that feels lighter and truly yours. Well Rooted Practice provides individual therapy for adults in Guilford, CT, and serves the broader CT community, including New Haven and Fairfield County.
Welcome.
You’re in the Right Place.
You may be someone navigating many different roles and a wide array of responsibilities. Things may appear together, but internally you may be struggling to manage anxiety, stress, the impact of trauma, or emotional overwhelm. There may be patterns of coping that are no longer serving you well or no longer effective. Your relationship with yourself and others may feel strained, disconnected, or effortful. You may be navigating change or transition amid the often whirlwind pace of life. You may be feeling as though you are taking care of everyone else which leaves little room for yourself.
If you are feeling stuck or seeking a change, you are in the right place.
Therapy is a dance between acceptance and change. Our work starts by honoring who you are today while creating space for the life you envision for yourself. Making sense of our experiences, breaking long-standing patterns, and translating insights into lasting change can be remarkably difficult to do alone.
Our work in therapy offers a space to slow down, explore with honesty and curiosity, and discover new ways of moving forward with compassion and intention. Working towards acceptance and change is well rooted in feeling both deeply understood and appropriately challenged.

My goal is to provide an environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful shifts in your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience in the field. Over the last decade, I have worked with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and a wide range of life stressors.
Prior to private practice, I directed a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Clinical Team in New Haven County with a focus on providing evidence-based psychotherapies for PTSD and co-occurring mental health issues, including depression and anxiety.
Every client’s journey is unique, which is why my approach is deeply personal, relationally focused, and inclusive/affirming of diverse cultural backgrounds. I draw on a rich toolkit of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS-informed techniques, mindfulness, and attachment-based strategies to create a personalized therapeutic experience tailored entirely to your goals.
